St\u00e1rnouc\u00ed mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed funkce je v\u0161ak korigov\u00e1na bl\u00edzk\u00fdm infra\u010derven\u00fdm sv\u011btlem (670 nm), kter\u00e9 zlep\u0161uje jejich membr\u00e1nov\u00fd potenci\u00e1l a produkci adenosintrifosf\u00e1tu a tak\u00e9 sni\u017euje z\u00e1n\u011bty souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s v\u011bkem.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Studie nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee sv\u011btlo o vlnov\u00e9 d\u00e9lce 670 nm m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdznamn\u011b zlep\u0161it funkci s\u00edtnice ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, mo\u017en\u00e1 t\u00edm, \u017ee poskytuje dal\u0161\u00ed produkci adenosintrifosf\u00e1tu pro fotoreceptorov\u00e9 iontov\u00e9 pumpy nebo sni\u017euje z\u00e1n\u011bt zp\u016fsoben\u00fd st\u00e1rnut\u00edm. To m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt d\u016fsledky pro l\u00e9\u010dbu st\u00e1rnut\u00ed s\u00edtnice a onemocn\u011bn\u00ed s\u00edtnice souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s v\u011bkem, jako je makul\u00e1rn\u00ed degenerace.<\/p><p><strong>Pouh\u00e9 t\u0159i minuty vystaven\u00ed temn\u011b \u010derven\u00e9mu sv\u011btlu jednou t\u00fddn\u011b, kdy\u017e je dod\u00e1v\u00e1no r\u00e1no, mohou v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161it zhor\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se zrak, zjistila nov\u00e1 pr\u016fkopnick\u00e1 studie v\u011bdc\u016f UCL ( UCL Institute of Oftalmology).<\/strong><\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eye-power.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/red_light_.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-541\" style=\"width:732px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.eye-power.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/red_light_.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.eye-power.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/red_light_-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.eye-power.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/red_light_-575x359.jpg 575w, https:\/\/www.eye-power.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/red_light_-380x238.jpg 380w, https:\/\/www.eye-power.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/red_light_-420x263.jpg 420w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure><p>Stru\u010dn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zjistili, \u017ee do\u0161lo v pr\u016fm\u011bru k 17% zlep\u0161en\u00ed barevn\u00e9ho kontrastn\u00edho vid\u011bn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, kdy\u017e byli r\u00e1no vystaveni 3 minut\u00e1m 670 nanometr\u016f (dlouh\u00e1 vlnov\u00e1 d\u00e9lka) tmav\u011b \u010derven\u00e9mu sv\u011btlu a \u00fa\u010dinky t\u00e9to jedin\u00e9 expozice trvaly nejm\u00e9n\u011b t\u00fdden. Kdy\u017e v\u0161ak byl stejn\u00fd test proveden odpoledne, nebylo pozorov\u00e1no \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p><p>V\u011bdci tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159\u00ednosy tmav\u011b \u010derven\u00e9ho sv\u011btla, zd\u016frazn\u011bn\u00e9 zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edmi, znamenaj\u00ed pr\u016flom pro zdrav\u00ed o\u010d\u00ed a m\u011bly by v\u00e9st k cenov\u011b dostupn\u00fdm dom\u00e1c\u00edm o\u010dn\u00edm terapi\u00edm, kter\u00e9 pomohou milion\u016fm lid\u00ed na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b s p\u0159irozen\u011b se zhor\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edm zrakem.<\/p><p>Vedouc\u00ed autor, profesor Glen Jeffery (UCL Institute of Oftalmology), \u0159ekl: \u201eUkazujeme, \u017ee jedna jedin\u00e1 rann\u00ed expozice dlouhovlnn\u00e9mu tmav\u011b \u010derven\u00e9mu sv\u011btlu m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161it zhor\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se vid\u011bn\u00ed, co\u017e je hlavn\u00ed probl\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed a pohody, kter\u00fd postihuje miliony lid\u00ed na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/p><p>&#8222;Tato jednoduch\u00e1 intervence aplikovan\u00e1 na \u00farovni populace by v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovlivnila kvalitu \u017eivota lid\u00ed st\u00e1rnouc\u00edch a pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b by vedla ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f, kter\u00e9 vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed z probl\u00e9m\u016f spojen\u00fdch se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm zrakem.&#8220;<\/p><p>U lid\u00ed kolem 40 let za\u010dnou bu\u0148ky v s\u00edtnici oka st\u00e1rnout a tempo tohoto st\u00e1rnut\u00ed je \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b zp\u016fsobeno t\u00edm, \u017ee za\u010dnou klesat i mitochondrie bu\u0148ky, jejich\u017e \u00falohou je produkovat energii (zn\u00e1mou jako ATP) a posilovat bun\u011b\u010dnou funkci.<\/p><p>Mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed hustota je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ve fotoreceptorov\u00fdch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch s\u00edtnice, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed vysok\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1roky. V\u00fdsledkem je, \u017ee s\u00edtnice st\u00e1rne rychleji ne\u017e jin\u00e9 org\u00e1ny, se 70% sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm ATP v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u017eivota, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pokles funkce fotoreceptor\u016f, proto\u017ee jim chyb\u00ed energie k pln\u011bn\u00ed jejich norm\u00e1ln\u00ed role.<\/p><p><strong>Jak to v\u0161echno funguje?<\/strong> <\/p><p><strong>Mitochondrie <\/strong>jsou p\u0159\u00edtomny v ka\u017ed\u00e9 bu\u0148ce lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v mnoha bu\u0148k\u00e1ch se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00edce mitochondri\u00ed.<\/p><p>Mitochondrie hraj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v regulaci procesu st\u00e1rnut\u00ed. Kdy\u017e kles\u00e1 jejich membr\u00e1nov\u00fd potenci\u00e1l a funkce, sni\u017euje se produkce adenosintrifosf\u00e1tu (ATP), co\u017e vede k poklesu dostupn\u00e9 energie pro bu\u0148ku. Tento pokles energie zp\u016fsobuje zhor\u0161en\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed a nakonec bun\u011b\u010dnou smrt. To je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b patrn\u00e9 v centr\u00e1ln\u00edm nervov\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu, kde b\u011bhem st\u00e1rnut\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed k v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm struktur\u00e1ln\u00edm a funk\u010dn\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m.<\/p><p>B\u011bhem let bylo provedeno mnoho v\u00fdzkum\u016f zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na zpomalen\u00ed t\u011bchto bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch zm\u011bn, a t\u00edm i procesu st\u00e1rnut\u00ed, s c\u00edlem zlep\u0161it kvalitu \u017eivota ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed.<\/p><p>Od genetick\u00fdch manipulac\u00ed p\u0159es zm\u011bny ve stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e9\u010div a antioxidant\u016f a\u017e po zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pohybov\u00e9 aktivity a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch rizikov\u00fdch faktor\u016f \u2013 v\u0161echny tyto p\u0159\u00edstupy se sna\u017eily prodlou\u017eit \u017eivot a sn\u00ed\u017eit negativn\u00ed dopady st\u00e1rnut\u00ed. <\/p><p>V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee<strong> fotobiomodulace<\/strong>, tedy aplikace \u010derven\u00e9ho a\u017e infra\u010derven\u00e9ho sv\u011btla (\u03bb = 600\u20131000 nm) na t\u011blesn\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b, dok\u00e1\u017ee ovlivnit pr\u016fb\u011bh st\u00e1rnut\u00ed. Tyto vlnov\u00e9 d\u00e9lky jsou absorbov\u00e1ny cytochrom c oxid\u00e1zou, co\u017e je enzym omezuj\u00edc\u00ed rychlost mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed respirace. Je sice prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee zlep\u0161uje mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed a fyziologick\u00e9 funkce, av\u0161ak samotn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed produkce ATP pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nen\u00ed hlavn\u00edm faktorem fyziologick\u00fdch zlep\u0161en\u00ed, jeliko\u017e tento efekt b\u00fdv\u00e1 pouze do\u010dasn\u00fd. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b se tedy jedn\u00e1 o komplexn\u00ed kask\u00e1du sign\u00e1l\u016f mezi mitochondriemi a dal\u0161\u00edmi bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdmi strukturami, v\u010detn\u011b j\u00e1dra a endoplazmatick\u00e9ho retikula, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 dlouhodob\u00fd vliv na metabolismus a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed trvalej\u0161\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed zm\u011bny.<\/p><p>Existuj\u00ed d\u016fkazy, \u017ee zm\u011bny ve funkci mitochondri\u00ed v jedn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla mohou ovlivnit mitochondrie v jin\u00fdch oblastech. Bylo nap\u0159\u00edklad zaznamen\u00e1no zlep\u0161en\u00ed o\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed po fotobiomodula\u010dn\u00ed terapii aplikovan\u00e9 mimo oblast o\u010d\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b dostupn\u00e1 data jsou v t\u00e9to oblasti zat\u00edm omezen\u00e1.<\/p><p>Z\u00e1v\u011brem lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee fotobiomodulace prokazateln\u011b ovliv\u0148uje proces st\u00e1rnut\u00ed v centr\u00e1ln\u00edm nervov\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu t\u00edm, \u017ee zlep\u0161uje p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed a funkci neuron\u016f a sni\u017euje gli\u00f3zu a z\u00e1n\u011bty. Tyto laboratorn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky maj\u00ed velk\u00fd potenci\u00e1l pro klinick\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed, aby se zjistilo, zda tato metoda skute\u010dn\u011b zpomaluje st\u00e1rnut\u00ed u lid\u00ed. Mezi hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhody fotobiomodula\u010dn\u00ed terapie pat\u0159\u00ed jej\u00ed cenov\u00e1 dostupnost a bezpe\u010dnost, proto\u017ee ji lze aplikovat pomoc\u00ed komer\u010dn\u011b dostupn\u00fdch sv\u011bteln\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s energiemi v bezpe\u010dn\u00e9m rozsahu pro \u010dlov\u011bka.
